Alex Afshar is a Managing Director at Dolanto - a strategic consultancy with the ambition to reimagine Defence with Smart AI Integration.

He is an Australian representative supporting the design and development of the Digital Transformation in Maintenance and Asset Management for the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management. Alex is a project gateway reviewer with the Department of Treasury and Finance and an Asset Management System and Information Security Assessor through the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ).

Outside of work, he is an endurance athlete and NFP non-executive board member. This perspective enabled him to develop and inspire others through the mentorships of future leaders in the public and private sectors.
