Dr Madhulika “Madhu” Tripathi works as an Advanced Applied Scientist for Consunet Pty Ltd. She conducts research, studies, and analysis of wireless spectrum and information operations with a focus on developing novel solutions for spectrum management and multidimensional battlespace visualisation. Her career spans over 20 years, starting as an embedded systems engineer working on delivering several products within the power systems, robotics, and medical instrumentation industries. A keen interest in the possibilities offered by cognitive radio systems led to a PhD in dynamic spectrum management, which forms the core focus area of her research. Her interest in viewing things from a systems perspective led to an interest in exploring the effects of electromagnetic and information operations within the modern battlespace.  Dr. Tripathi has a keen interest in teaching and also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer for Centre for STEM Education and Innovation at the University of Adelaide where she develops and delivers industry-focused courses in configuration management.
